Stanislav Govorukhin (* March 29, 1936 in Berezniki; † June 14, 2018 in Barvikha) was a soviet and Russian film director, screenwriter and actor. He was 82 years old. He was married to Yunona Kareva. His education included 94th gymnasium, Kazan Federal University and Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. His faith was Eastern Orthodoxy. He received 7 awards, including Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 1st class, Order of St. Sergius of Radonezh 2nd class. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
