Stefan Petkow (* 5. June 1866 in Lovech; † 8. February 1951 in Sofia) was a bulgarian botanist. He was 84 years old. His education included Ghent University and Aprilov National High School. He worked at Sofia University. He was awarded the Commemorative Cross of the Independence of Bulgaria.
