Sten Gagnér (* 3. March 1921 in Uppsala; † 24. May 2000 in Munich) was a schwedischer Rechtshistoriker. He was 79 years old. He worked at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. His awards include doctor honoris causa of the University of Turku and honorary doctorate of the University of Copenhagen. He was buried at Zentralfriedhof Bad Godesberg.
