Biography of Stepan Pawlowitsch Ulturgaschew

Stepan Pawlowitsch Ulturgaschew (* 1. March 1930 in Askizsky District; † 28. March 2004) was a russian scientist. He was 74 years old. He studied at MSU Faculty of History. He worked at Khakassian State University named after N.F. Katanov. He received 5 awards, including Order of the Red Banner of Labour, Medal "For the Development of Virgin Lands".
