Biography of Stephen Cole Kleene

Stephen Cole Kleene (* 5. January 1909 in Hartford; † 25. January 1994 in Madison) was an uS-amerikanischer Mathematiker und Logiker. He was 85 years old. His education included Princeton University and Amherst College. He worked at University of Wisconsin–Madison, Princeton University, Amherst College and United States Navy. His awards include Guggenheim Fellowship, National Medal of Science and Leroy P. Steele Prize.
