Biography of Stevie Smith

Stevie Smith (* 20. September 1902 in Kingston upon Hull; † 7. March 1971 in Ashburton) was a britische Dichterin und Romanautorin. She was 68 years old. Her education included North London Collegiate School and Palmers Green High School. Her awards include Cholmondeley Award and King’s / Queen’s Gold Medal for Poetry. Her cause of death was brain cancer.
