Biography of Swetlana Igorewna Karmalita

Swetlana Igorewna Karmalita (* 9. March 1940 in Kyiv; † 4. July 2017 in Saint Petersburg) was a russische Drehbuchautorin. She was 77 years old. She was married to Alexei Jurjewitsch German. She studied at Lomonosov Moscow State University. She worked at Literaturnaya gazeta, Lenfilm, Top Courses for Scriptwriters and Film Directors and Studio PiÈF. She received 4 awards, including USSR State Prize, Honored art worker of the Russian Federation. Her cause of death was stroke. She was buried at Bogoslovskoe cemetery.
