Tadeusz Traczyk (* 14. November 1921 in Rozniszew; † 6. February 2013 in Warsaw) was a polish mathematician. He was 91 years old. He studied at University of Warsaw. He worked at Warsaw University of Technology. He was awarded the Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Powązki Cemetery.
