Tamara Matwejewna Konstantinowa (* 12. March 1917 in Veliky Novgorod; † 15. December 2001 in Veliky Novgorod) was a soviet historian. She was 84 years old. She studied at Herzen University. Her awards include Honoured Cultural Worker of the RSFSR and Medal "For Valiant Labour in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945".
