Biography of Thorbjørn Egner

Thorbjørn Egner (* 12. December 1912 in Christiania; † 24. December 1990 in Oslo) was a norwegischer Kinderbuchautor. He was 78 years old. He studied at Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry. He received 4 awards, including Spellemann Award for children's record of the year, Bokkunstprisen. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Ullern cemetery.
