Biography of Tim Hetherington

Tim Hetherington (* 5. December 1970 in Birkenhead; † 20. April 2011 in Misrata) was a british photographer. He was 40 years old. His education included Lady Margaret Hall and Stonyhurst College. He was awarded the World Press Photo of the Year. His cause of death was rocket-propelled grenade. He was buried at Brompton Cemetery.
