Biography of Toranosuke Amagai

Toranosuke Amagai (* 17. February 1889; † 6. March 1977) was a japanese bureaucrat. He was 88 years old. His education included University of Tokyo, Tsuchiura First High School and Second Higher School. He worked at Taisho University.
