Tufan Miñnullin (* 25. August 1935 in Olı Mämätxuca; † 2. May 2012 in Kazan) was a russisch-tatarischer Autor und Drehbuchautor sowie Politiker. He was 76 years old. He was married to Näcibä İxsanova. His education included M.S. Schepkin Higher Theatre School and Vyšší literární kurzy Literárního ústavu A. M. Gorkého. He worked at Sabir Ömetbayev Minzälä State Tatar Drama Theatre, Galiaskar Kamal Tatar Academic Theatre, GTRK Tatarstan, Chayan, Union of Writers of the Republic of Tatarstan, депутат Верховного Совета Татарской АССР, people's deputy of union of socialist soviet republics and State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. His faith was Islam. He received 10 awards, including Dzhalil Prize, Stanislavsky State Prize of the RSFSR. He was buried at Yaña Bistä cemetery.
