Valeh Barshadly (* 6. July 1927 in Eyvazlı; † 15. May 1999 in Baku) was an azerbaijani general. He was 71 years old. His education included Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia, Kyiv Military College of Frunze and Military Academy of Armored Forces. His awards include Order of the Red Banner of Labour and Order "For Service to the Homeland in the Armed Forces of the USSR", 3rd class. He was buried at II Alley of Honor.
