Valentin Avdeev (* 16. May 1915 in Kotelnich; † 11. October 1972 in Moscow) was a soviet electronics engineer. He was 57 years old. He studied at Moscow State Open University. He worked at NII-617, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and Vavilov Institute of General Genetics. His awards include Medal "For the Defence of Leningrad" and Medal "For Valiant Labour in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945".
