Biography of Valentin Napalkov

Valentin Napalkov (* 30. August 1941 in Nizhny Novgorod; † 20. October 2021) was a russian mathematician. He was 80 years old. His education included N. I. Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow Power Engineering Institute. He was awarded the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class without swords.
