Biography of Valentin Tarasovič Šuklecov

Valentin Tarasovič Šuklecov (* 2. March 1924 in Nolinsky Uyezd; † 6. June 2016 in Novosibirsk) was a teacher. He was 92 years old. His education included Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University and Russian Academy of State Service. His awards include Order of the Patriotic War, 1st class, Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945" and Medal "For Courage".
