Valery Lopatin (* 30. April 1954 in Zhigulyovsk; † 7. July 2004 in Tolyatti) was a architect. He was 50 years old. His education included Samara State Aerospace University and Samara State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. He worked at AvtoVAZ. His cause of death was gunshot wound. He was buried at Banikin cemetery.
