Vasiliy Dultsev (* 10. January 1909 in Tallinn; † 24. January 1979 in Moscow) was a soviet documentary and feature film operator, front-line cameraman of World War II. He was 70 years old. He studied at Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. He worked at Mezhrabpom-Film, Soyusdetfilm, Russian Central Studio of Documentary Films, Gorky Film Studio and Odesa Film Studio. He received 8 awards, including Medal "For the Defence of Moscow", Medal "For the Capture of Königsberg".
