Biography of Vasiliy Giga

Vasiliy Giga (* 27. February 1916 in Hrytsivka; † 15. February 2017 in Saint Petersburg) was a military personnel. He was 100 years old. His education included National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, M.V. Frunze Military Academy and Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia. He received 10 awards, including Order of the Red Banner, Order of the Patriotic War, 1st class.
