Biography of Vasily Mikhalkov

Vasily Mikhalkov (* 10. February 1919 in Luchesa; † 14. March 1962 in Luchesa) was a soviet border guard. He was 43 years old. He studied at Kazakhstan National Security Committee Frontier Academy. His awards include Order of Lenin, Hero of the Soviet Union and Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class. He was buried at Pochinkovsky District.
