Biography of Věra Galatíková

Věra Galatíková (* 19. August 1938 in Zlín; † 21. December 2007 in Kladno) was a czech actress. She was 69 years old. She studied at Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts. She worked at National Theatre, Východočeské divadlo, The Drama Club, Divadlo pod Palmovkou and City Theatres of Prague. Her awards include Merited Artist of Czechoslovakia, František Filipovský Awards and Thalia Awards. Her cause of death was lung cancer. She was buried at Cemetery in Motol.
