Biography of Vera Houghton

Vera Houghton (* 18. October 1914 in London; † 30. November 2013) was a british women's health campaigner. She was 99 years old. She was married to Douglas Houghton, Baron Houghton of Sowerby. She studied at Haberdashers' Aske's School for Girls. She was awarded the Commander of the Order of the British Empire.
