Biography of Vicente Roa Miranda

Vicente Roa Miranda (* 7. December 1891; † 7. January 1973) was a aerospace engineer. He was 81 years old. His awards include Grand Cross of the Cross of Military Merit with White Decoration, Grand Cross of the Aeronautical Merit (Spain) - White Decoration and Grand Cross of the Royal and Military Order of Saint Hermenegild.
