Biography of Victor Tchmal

Victor Tchmal (* 30. October 1960 in Vovchansk Raion; † 14. June 2015 in Tula Oblast) was a russischer Trainer und Sportler. He was 54 years old. His awards include Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class without swords, Honoured Coach of Russia and Master of Sport of the USSR. He was buried at Troyekurovskoye cemetery.
