Biography of Viktor Bannykh

Viktor Bannykh (* 28. June 1949 in Starokostiantyniv; † 14. August 2003 in Kyiv) was a statesperson. He was 54 years old. He studied at Academy of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. His awards include Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, 3rd class, Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, 2nd class and Grand Officer of the Order of Merit of Portugal. He was buried at Baikove Cemetery.
