Biography of Viktor Ivanovič Šunkov

Viktor Ivanovič Šunkov (* 6. April 1900 in Novokuznetsk; † 9. November 1967 in Moscow) was a soviet historian. He was 67 years old. He studied at Faculty of Social Sciences of Moscow State University. He worked at Institute of Russian History and Institute of Scientific Information on Social Sciences. He received 7 awards, including Order of the Patriotic War, 1st class, Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class.
