Viktor Petrovich (* 4. September 1923 in Voznesensk; † 4. July 1984 in Odesa) was a soviet scientist. He was 60 years old. He studied at Odesa University. He worked at Odesa National Economics University and The State Institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky". He received 9 awards, including Merited Worker of Higher Education of the Ukrainian SSR, Order of the Red Star. He was buried at Tairovske cemetery.
