Viktor Tikhomirov (* 10. December 1912 in Kineshma; † 8. January 1985) was a soviet radio electronics and automation engineer and scientist. He was 72 years old. He studied at Moscow Power Engineering Institute. He worked at Vega Radio Engineering Corporation and Tikhomirov Scientific Research Institute of Instrument Design. He received 8 awards, including Stalin Prize, USSR State Prize.
