Biography of Viktor Utgof

Viktor Utgof (* 14. July 1889 in Radom Governorate; † 11. October 1930 in Massachusetts) was a russian aviator. He was 41 years old. He studied at Saint Petersburg Polytechnic Institute. His awards include Order of Saint Stanislaus, 3rd class, Legion of Honour and Order of St. George, 4th class. He was buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
