Viktor Utkov (* 28. March 1912 in Сычево; † 8. February 1988 in Moscow) was a soviet writer. He was 75 years old. He studied at Omsk State Agrarian University. He was awarded the Honoured Cultural Worker of the RSFSR. He was buried at Nikolo-Arkhangelskoe Cemetery.
