Biography of Vitaly Shlykov

Vitaly Shlykov (* 4. February 1934 in Sovetsky District; † 19. November 2011 in Moscow) was a soviet general and spy. He was 77 years old. He studied at Military Diplomatic Academy of Moscow. He worked at National Research University – Higher School of Economics. His awards include Order of the Red Star and Order "For Service to the Homeland in the Armed Forces of the USSR", 3rd class. He was buried at Troyekurovskoye cemetery.
