Vladimir Fomich Polyakov (* 14. January 1923 in Makarovo; † 29. September 1943 in Glibivka) was a hero of the Soviet Union. He was 20 years old. He studied at Moscow Higher Military Command School. His awards include Hero of the Soviet Union, Order of Lenin and Order of the Red Star. He was buried at Iasnogorodka.
