Biography of Vladimir Koshel

Vladimir Koshel (* 18. March 1960 in Timashyovsk; † 8. February 1982 in Tolyatti) was a soviet militiaman. He was 21 years old. He worked at Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Soviet Union. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star. His cause of death was gunshot wound. He was buried at Banikin cemetery.
