Biography of Vladimir Mikhailov

Vladimir Mikhailov (* 14. November 1939 in Bolotnoye; † 29. November 2021 in Kemerovo) was a economist. He was 82 years old. His education included Kuzbass State Technical University and Academy of Social Sciences of the Central Committee of CPSU.
