Biography of Vladimir Shchukin

Vladimir Shchukin (* 28. May 1929 in Kudymkar; † 15. March 2017 in Irkutsk) was a soviet and Russian geologist (1929—2017). He was 87 years old. He studied at Ural State University. He worked at ALROSA, Botuobinskaya Geological Exploration Expedition and Amakinskaya Geological Exploration Expedition. He received 6 awards, including Order of the Red Banner of Labour, Lenin Prize.
