Biography of Vladimir Tsesevich

Vladimir Tsesevich (* 11. October 1907 in Kyiv; † 28. October 1983 in Odesa) was a soviet astronomer. He was 76 years old. He studied at Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Saint Petersburg University. He worked at Odesa University. His awards include Order of the Red Banner of Labour, Order of Lenin and Honoured worker in science and technology of the Ukrainian SSR. He was buried at 2nd Christian Cemetery.
