Vyacheslav Tsoy (* 11. January 1948 in Tashkent Region; † 28. July 1995 in Saint Petersburg) was a russian taekwondo athlete. He was 47 years old. He studied at First Pavlov State Medical University of St. Petersburg. He was awarded the Master of Sport of the USSR. He was buried at Bogoslovskoe cemetery.
