Biography of Władimir Sobczenko

Władimir Sobczenko (* 13. June 1930 in Bila Tserkva; † 30. September 2014) was a diplomat. He was 84 years old. His education included Moscow State Institute of International Relations and Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University. His awards include Order of the October Revolution, Order of Friendship of Peoples and Order of the Badge of Honour.
