Biography of Walentina Leonidowna Ponomarjowa

Walentina Leonidowna Ponomarjowa (* 18. September 1933 in Moscow; † 8. November 2023 in Moscow) was a russische Kosmonautin und Pilotin. She was 90 years old. She was married to Juri Ponomarjow. She studied at Moscow Aviation Institute. She worked at S.I. Vavilov Institute for the History of Natural Science and Technology. She was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
