Werner Stötzer (* 2. April 1931 in Sonneberg; † 22. July 2010 in Seelow) was a deutscher Bildhauer. He was 79 years old. His education included Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, Dresden Academy of Fine Arts and Academy of Arts of the GDR. He worked at Weißensee Academy of Art Berlin. He was awarded the National Prize of East Germany.
