Biography of Wiktor Apollonowitsch Kobyljanski

Wiktor Apollonowitsch Kobyljanski (* 20. July 1942; † 30. October 2007 in Moscow) was a russischer Wissenschaftler. He was 65 years old. He studied at Herzen University. He worked at Trans-Baikal State Humanitarian-Pedagogical University. He was awarded the Honoured Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation.
