Viktor Kosichkin (* 25. February 1938 in Rybnovsky District; † 30. March 2012 in Moscow) was a speed skater for Soviet Union. He was 74 years old. His awards include Honoured Master of Sports of the USSR and Order of the Red Banner of Labour. He was buried at Troyekurovskoye cemetery.
