

Österreichischer Mathematiker und Autor
Wilhelm Blaschke (* 13. September 1885 in Graz; † 17. March 1962 in Hamburg) was a österreichischer Mathematiker und Autor. He was 76 years old. He was married to Claudina Zar and Auguste Meta Blaschke. His education included University of Vienna, Scuola Normale Superiore, University of Göttingen, University of Bonn and Graz University of Technology. He worked at University of Tübingen, University of Hamburg, Leipzig University, University of Bonn, German Technical University in Prague and University of Königsberg. He received 4 awards, including National Prize of East Germany, Ackermann–Teubner Memorial Award. He was buried at Ohlsdorf Cemetery.
