Biography of William Fraser Rae

William Fraser Rae (* 3. March 1835 in Edinburgh; † 21. January 1905 in Bath) was a british journalist and author. He was 69 years old. His education included Moffat Academy, Heidelberg University and Lincoln's Inn. He worked at The Daily News and The Athenaeum.
