William R. Pound (* 18. May 1918 in Milford; † 13. July 1967 in Albuquerque) was a lieutenant colonel in the United States Air Force and participant of the Doolittle Raid. He was 49 years old. He studied at Santa Monica College. His awards include Distinguished Flying Cross and Air Medal. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
