Biography of William Rupert Hay

William Rupert Hay (* 16. December 1893; † 3. April 1962 in Weymouth) was a british colonial official. He was 68 years old. His education included University College, Oxford and Bradfield College. His awards include Knight Commander of the Order of St Michael and St George and Knight Commander of the Order of the Indian Empire.
