Witold Lutosławski (* 25. January 1913 in Warsaw; † 7. February 1994 in Warsaw) was a polnischer Komponist und Dirigent. He was 81 years old. His education included Chopin University of Music and Stefan Batory Gymnasium and Lyceum. He received 10 awards, including Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Herder Prize. He was buried at Powązki Cemetery.
