Wolfgang Gaede (* 25. May 1878 in Lehe; † 24. June 1945 in Munich) was a deutscher Physiker und Pionier der Vakuumtechnik. He was 67 years old. He studied at University of Freiburg. He worked at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. His awards include Werner von Siemens Ring, Elliott Cresson Medal and Dennis Gabor Medal and Prize.
