Yakov Zarobyan (* 25. September 1908 in Artvin; † 11. April 1980 in Moscow) was a secretary of the Communist Party of Armenia. He was 71 years old. His education included Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute and higher party school. He worked at Слобожанский край, Kharkiv Electrotechnical Factory, Communist Party of Ukraine and Communist Party of Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic. He received 7 awards, including Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", Order of the Red Star. He was buried at Tokhmakh cemetery.
